Did You Know?

Apples are loaded with a natural antihistamine called Quercetin? It’s true. It’s in the skin of the apple and can be found in other foods such as citrus fruits, onions (especially red), garlic, apples, parsley, tea, tomatoes, broccoli, lettuce, legumes, berries, and wine (yes…you read correctly!).

So go ahead, eat that apple!
